Teaching the Children of Dumfries

The town of Dumfries, Virginia resides in Prince Williams County. The beginnings of Dumfries came when Richard Gibson built his gristmill on Quantico Creek. As more settlers came into the area, it was formally made a township in 1749. It was given the name of Dumfries after Gibson’s hometown of Dumfries, Scotland.

Our School is located at 3480 Commission Ct. Lake Ridge, VA 22192. You can follow these directions from the Dumfries area:

  • Make your way to Interstate-95 and travel north.
  • Take exit VA-294 W
  • Right on Telegraph Rd.
  • Right onto Minnieville Rd.
  • Left on Old Bridge Rd.
  • Right on Hedges Run Dr.
  • Left on Commission Ct.
