Happy Friday!
This was another eventful week. All of our teachers participated in Professional Development Training on Monday. This training included impactful lessons on successfully creating a world-class learning environment that supports our teachers and the students. Parent Conferences were also held this week and we thank you for participating and enabling us to better serve your children and provide support to your family.
Fall has finally arrived and with the colder weather, we ask that you send your child dressed in layers for indoor and outdoor activities. The children will still be able to participate in recess and we want them to be warm while doing so!
Remember that Thursday, November 11th is Veteran’s Day, and we will be closed entirely for school and childcare. We will reopen as usual on Friday.
Report cards will be available via Chalkable starting tonight (Friday, November 5, 2021). A link is provided below. If you are new to the school and do not have a Chalkable login yet or have forgotten it, please email the office and we will provide you with login information so that you can view your child’s report card.
As a final note, the COVID vaccine is now available for children as young as 5 years of age. We strongly encourage all of our families to make an appointment to have your child vaccinated. Once done, please provide the front office with an updated vaccination record. Slowly, but surely, this will help us get back to “normal”.
