Week 7
Hurray for Fall!
Dear PWA Families,
Week 7 was a lot of fun, with science experiments and our Principal’s Scholar Awards on Wednesday. Congratulations to our recipients for “Fairness!” This was our first virtual ceremony, and it went very well. You’ll find pictures from the event on our Facebook page.
Plans continue for our Fall Festival on October 30th, which will include games, crafts, and a pumpkin patch. We’re hoping for good weather so the festival can take place outside, but in the event of rain we’ll set up in the gym and adjacent hallways. Either way, we look forward to a fun-filled event!
Next week, we’ll welcome several new students to our Distance Learning Support program while they wait for us to open our new 4th/5th-grade classroom. Exciting things are happening at PWA!
We hope all our PWA families have a wonderful weekend!
Our current lunch menu and lunch packets can always be found in the buttons at the end of each weekly email. The lunch menu is also directly below.
If you send your child to school with lunch, please remember that we are an entirely nut-free school.
