Week 31
Flowers are blooming!
We saw a lot of green at PWA this week–both inside the building and out! We had lots of fun on St. Patrick’s Day, and have some cute pictures to share below. Rain kept us inside a couple of days, but we’re hoping for better weather next week when our new preschool playground should be complete. We’re also adding mulch around, and gearing up for our School Beautification Day, which happens every April. On this day, students bring vegetable starts or other plants to transplant around the school with their classmates. More details to come soon!
One more week until Spring Break! Please don’t forget to email the office (office@princewilliamacademy.com) if your child will attend either preschool, or our Spring Break Camp on the elementary side.
We are delighted to announce the return of in-person music and art classes, to begin on April 6th when the students come back from the break! We’re looking forward to having our amazing teachers, Stephanie Cox (art) and Debra Lindsay (music) back with us in the building.
Have a wonderful weekend, PWA families!
PWA will be open for childcare during spring break. We’ll do fun art and outdoor activities with the students during regular school hours. The cost is $50 per day for elementary students, and all participants must sign up in advance so we can staff accordingly. Please email the office at office@princewilliamacademy.com and let us know what days you’d like to bring your student. Thanks!
Summer camp is coming back! We look forward to a fun-filled summer this year full of learning and activities. Our summer camp always features math and language arts in the mornings, and exciting, theme-based activities in the afternoons. Please give us a call or email Amanda Smyth at asmyth@princewilliamacademy.com to register.
Please note that the May 31st start is for non-PWA students–our students will still be in school! Summer camp is for rising K – rising 9th graders; preschool enrollment is year-round, and our preschoolers move up to their rising age group in the summer.

Our current lunch menu and lunch packets can always be found in the buttons at the end of each weekly email. The lunch menu is also directly below.
If you send your child to school with lunch, please remember that we are an entirely nut-free school.
