Excitement is in the air here at school, as the kids prepare for Thanksgiving! Many went home early today to be with visiting family members, or hit the road themselves to join family elsewhere. Safe travels to those of you spending Thanksgiving away from home.
The staff at PWA wish all of you a wonderfully happy holiday, full of friends, family, good food, and love!
Our catalog sales have ended for the Yankee Candle Fundraiser, but online sales continue until January 9th! We have over $1600 so far, towards our goal of $2500 for this fundraiser. All proceeds will go towards enhancing technology in our classrooms throughout the school.

Parents, grab some friends and enjoy a night out with adults while we watch your kids at no cost! We will be hosting a FREE Parents’ Night Out on December 7th from 5pm – 7pm! The children will watch a movie, enjoy hot dogs and popcorn and spend time with friends while you get to enjoy a couple quiet hours on the town. The children are welcome to come in their PJs and bring sleeping bags!
RSVP is mandatory so please sign up in the front office by December 4th. Staffing will be determined by the number of pre-registered participants. This night is a gift from teachers to parents, so please help the teachers out by registering.
All aftercare children can participate; please let the office know. If your child is not enrolled in the aftercare program, you must pick them up at dismissal and return at 5pm, or pay the hourly aftercare rate of $15/hr.

Take the kids out to dinner at the Chipotle in Merchant Plaza on Dec. 4th, and help support PWA! Stop by anytime between 4 and 8 pm for dinner, show them the flyer below, and PWA will receive 33% of the proceeds from your meal! We hope to see you there!
