It’s hot out there! We kept cool this week with an indoor field trip to the bowling alley, water play, and recess in the gym when the temps climbed too high. We also had lots of fun celebrating Hawaiian culture this week, and did science experiments with Mr. Neba. You’ll find lots of great pictures below!
Next week is sports week, and we’ll engage in all sorts of fun sports activities (which will be moved indoors if needed!). We’ll also have a cooking project with Chef Veronica, trips to Fantasy Park, as well as water play for all ages. Please see below for water play days for your child’s age group.
Speaking of sports, we are delighted to announce that construction of PWA’s new racket sports court is about to get underway! Next week you may see some large machines around the property as work commences. We are so excited for this project and look forward to our students playing tennis, badminton–and, of course, pickleball!–for many years to come!
