Admittance:
We seek students who meet high personal and academic standards, students who
strive to develop a well-rounded personality, and who will benefit from our school.
Students are evaluated and may be administered admissions exams.
We reserve the right to deny acceptance if these requirements are not met,
or if the student possesses an educational, or psychological situation that the Academy
is not equipped to handle. Mutual respect is expected between the faculty,
staff, students, and parents to achieve the goals of families of the Academy.
Dress Code:
Prince William Academy students are required to wear light blue or white polo shirts.
Girls and boys may wear dark blue pants or shorts. Girls may also
wear dark blue jumpers or skirts. This dress code is required for Jr-kindergarten students
and older. The purpose of the uniform is to promote school unity and the Academy image.
Illness: If your child becomes ill during
the day you will be notified. Please make arrangements for
someone to pick up your child if you are not able. Any child
with a temperature over 100 degrees, a child who is vomiting,

at school. If your child requires medication during the

to see if there is a charge. We ask that younger siblings
not accompany us on field trips. Our focus is ensuring the
safety of our students. If your child is under six, they
must have a car seat. State law prohibits us from transporting
anyone under the age of six without a car seat. Small booster
seats are appreciated; they fit better in our vans.

of Conduct form regarding behavior and discipline. Parents
and students must sign this form and return it to school.

two warnings. Referrals will be served on Saturdays. You
will receive a note with the time and date a referral needs
to be served. Please sign the referral and return to school.
If a parent has a conflict and can not bring the child,
arrangements can be made to choose an alternate date. We
will not reschedule; however, for soccer games, birthday
parties, etc. There will be an assignment given on the scheduled
Saturday. Failure to show up will result in a zero for that
assignment.

not be brought to school. No toys or gameboys. The school
can not be held responsible for items that are lost. Show
and tell will be the only time that personal items will
be allowed.
