Our Devoted Faculty

Our staff members receive a thorough background investigation. The investigation includes a criminal records check and contact with at least three references. We only hire degreed teachers with high academic qualifications and experience. Continuing education of our staff includes on-site training and annual off-site summer training. Staff to student ratios meet or exceed state standards. Our teachers must be educationally prepared, creative, articulate, bright, dedicated and enthusiastic about teaching. We hold monthly planning sessions and training for our teachers so our program maintains the highest standards of excellence.

Angie Wilkins

Angie Wilkins

Miss Angie has worked with young children for over a decade. She has been with Prince William Academy since 2004 and is a lead teacher in the 2-year old program. Angie has received extensive training in the curriculum that is used in our school along with earning her Child Development Accreditation. Miss Angie is married and has two children. Her daughter is an excellent student at Prince William Academy.
Noemi Rocha

Noemi Rocha

Miss Noemi has been employed by Prince William Academy since 2008. She teaches the two and three year olds and also teaches Spanish. Noemi is from Argentina and has completed many hours of training to work with children. She has received her Child Development Accreditation from Fairfax County and completed curriculum training with Prince William Academy. Miss Noemi has one child that attends Prince William Academy.
Hassania Sebbai

Hassania Sebbai

Miss Hassania has been working with children for over 20 years. She joined the staff at Prince William Academy in 2005. She is one of our three year old teachers and also teaches Arabic. As a native of Morocco she also speaks French. She completed two years of college and curriculum staff training. Miss Hassania is married and has two daughters.
Bahia Habbaz

Bahia Habbaz

Miss Bahia joined our staff in 2006 as a French teacher and preschool teacher. She began her career in France as a radio journalist and began working with children when she and her family moved to the United States. This year she is a fulltime teacher and will also teach French to the Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes. She is married and has three children.
Jumana Alattar

Jumana Alattar

Mrs. Alattar received her English Degree from Damascus University Syria. She joined the staff at Prince William Academy in 2006 as a teacher in the Junior Kindergarten department and as an Arabic teacher. She Mrs. Alattar has three children.
Yasmin Prince

Yasmin Prince

Yasmin obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina and is working on her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to moving to Woodbridge she worked as a substitute teacher and in childcare centers. She joined the Prince William Academy staff in 2009.
Bibiana Quiambao

Bibiana Quiambao

Miss Bibiana received her Bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College, Philippines. Since moving to the United States she has worked for several schools and childcare facilities. She joined the staff of Prince William Academy in 2004 and worked in the kindergarten program. In 2009 she is a fulltime teacher in the Junior K program.
Saira Saghir

Saira Saghir

Miss Saira joined the Prince William Academy staff in 2006 as a kindergarten teacher. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and has completed the Montessori Teacher Training. She has worked with children since 2001 and has two children who attend Prince William Academy.
Estrella Arellano

Estrella Arellano

Mrs. A. joined the Prince William Academy staff in 2009 after teaching elementary school in Mecklenberg County, Virginia. She received her Bachelor's degree from San Sebastian College, Philippines. She continues to work on her Master's degree in elementary education.
Jean MacLeod

Jean MacLeod

Mrs. MacLeod is a graduate of Lowell State College. Following her graduation from college she began her career as an elementary music teacher in Massachusetts. After marrying and having four children she was a teacher in a nursery school and worked with three, four and five year olds. At the same time she directed her church choir and has done so for over 20 years. Mrs. MacLeod moved to Virginia in 1999 and became a member of the staff at Prince William Academy, where she has taught kindergarten and third and fourth grades. She serves as an elementary teacher and our Music teacher.

Mrs. MacLeod has been recognized nationally by the Veteran's of Foreign Wars and was voted "Teacher of the Year" by the Optimist Club International. She has also been recognized by the Prince William County Board of Supervisors for her work on Arbor Day.
Meaghan Bradshaw

Meaghan Bradshaw

Miss Bradshaw joined our staff in 2009. She graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Florida International University with a Bachelor's in Psychology. She continues to work on her Master's in Education. Since 1995, Miss Bradshaw has worked with children as a teacher's aide and home school tutor and instructor. Her strong foundation in child psychology as well as her understanding of behavioral and cognitive psychology enhances her ability to respond appropriately to the educational and emotional needs of her students.
Marisabel Barret

Marisabel Barret

Mrs. Barret graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Education from the Netherlands. Mrs. Barret is working on her Masters of Arts in Supervision and Administration at Bowie State University in Maryland. She previously worked in the Prince Georges School system as a Math teacher and she conducted SAT workshops. She joined the Academy in 2007 and serves as the 5th - 8th grade Math and Science teacher and the Spanish instructor for the Elementary Department. Her twin girls attend Prince William Academy.
Doha Kasri

Doha Kasri

Madame Doha has been with Prince William Academy since 2005. She is multi-lingual who speaks English, Arabic, French and Berber. She currently teaches French and assists teachers in the classroom as needed.
Carmen Mei-Ni Liu

Carmen Mei-Ni Liu

Carmen is from Singapore and received a degree in Communication from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. She is a graduate of Temasek School of Design Singapore specializing in 3D animation. Carmen has traveled frequently and lived in several countries since she was young. She has great pride for her Asian heritage and Chinese culture. She joined the Prince William Academy staff in 2009 and teaches Mandarin.
Amelia Padilla

Amelia Padilla

Miss Amelia teaches Spanish at Prince William Academy. She joined the staff in 2007 and has worked in the classroom and helps with aftercare. She is working on her Childhood Development Accreditation and has received training on the Prince William Academy curriculum.
Jacqueline Carreker

Jacqueline Carreker

Miss Jackie is a returning employee to Prince William Academy. She rejoined our staff in 2009 and works with students in the extended care program. She organizes the students and assists with homework. Miss Jackie has worked with children for many years as a kindergarten teacher and classroom assistant.
Joy Dwyer

Joy Dwyer

Miss Joy joined the Prince William Academy staff in 1997 as a teacher. She moved to the office and assisted the Director for several years and is now back as a teacher in the classroom. Miss Joy attended St. Mary's College and UMBC of Maryland. She has two grown children and two grandchildren.
