Role: School Chef
Veronica Manocchia joined PWA’s staff in 2014 as our chef. Veronica attended the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California, and then worked at The Park Casino in Lake Tahoe. She then switched gears and embarked upon a 28-year-long career in the sports industry. She recently retired, and decided to return part time to her first love: cooking healthy, tasty meals.
